Vienkristālshēma ir integrālā shēma, kas ietver visas datora vai citas elektroniskas sistēmas komponentes vienā mikroshēmā. Tipisks vienkristālshēmu pielietojums ir iegultajās sistēmās.



Struktūra |


Tipiskas vienkristālshēmas sastāvdaļas ir:


  • Viens vai vairāki mikrokontroliera, mikroprocesora vai ciparsignālu procesora kodoli;

  • Atmiņas bloki - brīvpiekļuves atmiņa, lasāmatmiņa, elektroniski pārprogrammējamā lasāmatmiņa, zibatmiņa;

  • Laika avoti - oscilatori, phase-locked loop;

  • Perifērija, piemēram, taimeri, power-on reset ģenerators;

  • Ārējie interfeisi, to skaitā industrijas standarti - USB, FireWire, Ethernet, USART, SPI;

  • Analogie interfeisi, tai skaitā analogciparu pārveidotāji un ciparanalogu pārveidotāji;


  • Sprieguma stabilizatori un PMIC.
