Elektriahel ehk vooluahel on aktiiv- ja passiivelementide kogum, milles võib kulgeda elektrivool. Elektrotehnikas on aktiivseks elemendiks elektrienergia allikas ehk vooluallikas, ülejäänud elemendid ‒ elektrienergia tarbijad ‒ on passiivsed elemendid. (Elektroonikaahelate puhul liigitatakse elemendid aktiivseteks ja passiivseteks teistsugusel alusel.)


Elektriahela ühesuguse vooluga osa on haru. Kolme või enama haru ühenduskoht on sõlm. Jadamisi elementidest moodustuv kinnine voolurada on kontuur.


Elektriahel võib koosneda ühest või mitmest jada- ja rööpühenduses elementidega harust. Kõrvaloleval ülemisel skeemil on hargnematu vooluahel, seega kõik elemendid jadaühenduses. Alumisel joonisel on hargnev vooluahel, milles vooluallikaga on jadamisi kaks rööpühenduses takistit; ahelal on kaks haru ja kaks sõlme.


Liitsõnades võib ahel tähendada ka teatud kindlate omaduste või ülesandega ahelalüli või -osa, nt RC-ahel, sisendahel, toiteahel, vastusideahel jt.


Elektriahela kontuuri ja samuti hargnematut kinnist vooluahelat nimetatakse vooluringiks.


Elektriahelat, mille põhiosadeks on induktiiv- ja mahtuvuselemendid ning milles on võimalikud elektrivõnkumised, nimetatakse võnkeringiks.


Elektriahela graafiline kujutis elektritingmärkide abil on elektriskeem.
