Coulomb'i [kul'ooni] seadus ehk elektrostaatilise vastastikmõju kvantitatiivne seadus on füüsikaseadus, mis ütleb, et kaks punktlaengut q1displaystyle q_1 ja q2displaystyle q_2 mõjutavad teineteist jõuga Fedisplaystyle F_e, mille moodul on võrdeline nende laengute absoluutväärtuste korrutisega ja pöördvõrdeline nendevahelise kauguse ruuduga. Kui keskkond on vaakum, siis kehtib valem


Fe=k|q1||q2|r2,displaystyle F_e=kfrac leftr^2,

kus võrdetegur k=14πε0displaystyle k=frac 14pi varepsilon _0 on Coulomb'i konstant, mille ligikaudne arvväärtus vaakumis on 8,987551787∙109 Nm2/C2.
